We value your business and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If, however, you encounter any issues with your item, we are here to assist you in requesting a refund.
1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer a 14-day refund from the date of receiving your digital product during which you may request a return. Refunds are available for digital products under the following circumstances:
a. Defective or Malfunctioning Product: If you experience any technical issues preventing your digital product from functioning as described, we will gladly provide a refund.
b. Duplicate Purchase: In the event of an accidental double purchase of the same digital product, we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase upon verification.
Please take note that we do not assume responsibility for and, therefore, cannot fulfil refund requests based on incompatibility with third-party software not specified in our product descriptions.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Support: To start a return, please contact us at marketing@indelibleconcepts.com within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please provide a clear explanation for your refund request.
b. Provide Proof: If applicable, include relevant evidence, such as screenshots, error messages, or order information, to substantiate your claim.
c. Verification: Our team will thoroughly review your request and the provided information. If your claim is valid, we will initiate the refund process.
d. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Please be aware that some digital products may not be eligible for refunds in the following cases:
- Mistaken Purchase: If you accidentally purchased an item, we may not be able to issue a refund.
- Purchase Older than 180 Days: Refunds will not be available for purchases made over 180 days ago.
