Pan for Blue Event

Pan for Blue is an annual steelband competition hosted by the Point Fortin Borough Corporation as part of its Borough Day celebrations,  a long-standing cultural tradition spotlighting Point Fortin-based calypso icons and nurturing young drummers across the South Central Region of Pan Trinbago.

Indelible Concepts was brought in to handle event imagery capture and social media coverage, putting eyes on a community moment that deserved to be seen beyond the borough.

The Work

  • On-ground event photography across the full competition day.
  • Real-time and post-event social media content.
  • Visual storytelling that honored the event’s cultural weight.

Flyer Design for Event

Beyond capturing the day, Indelible Concepts designed the official event flyer.

  • Palette: Blue and white. A direct nod to the ‘Pan for Blue’ identity; clean, celebratory, and instantly recognizable.
  • Typography: Ivy Ora, Roboto, and Source Sans. An elegant serif headline brings a sense of occasion, grounded by crisp sans-serifs for the at-a-glance details.
  • Imagery: Real photography of the young steelband players anchors the design, putting the talent front and center. signaling exactly what the day was about.
