RS Start to Satisfied

Ten years of marketing expertise. A clear mission to help female founders own their space on social media. Rachel Semper had the authority, she just needed the brand architecture to reflect it.

"She wasn't a beginner building a brand;... an expert who needed a brand that matched what she already knew how to do."

Project Overview

Industry: Social Media Marketing
Engagement: Brand + Content Strategy
Location: Trinidad & Tobago
Deliverables: Brand Strategy, Identity & Content

The expertise was proven. The infrastructure was missing.

Rachel Semper had spent a decade in marketing. But when she launched RS Start to Satisfied, she faced a problem common among top-tier practitioners: she needed a strong brand presence to stand out.

She saw a clear, underserved gap in the market: female small business owners struggling with social media, not for lack of ambition, but for lack of a social media marketing strategy and consistent systems.

Yet, the social media management space is crowded with generalists making broad promises. Without a strategic brand foundation to frame her expertise, Rachel risked blending into the feed. She needed a brand that signaled immediate authority, ensuring the right founders could find her, trust her, and take action.

What we assessed

  • Brand audit and competitive landscape review
  • Brand positioning and audience analysis
  • Visual identity and feed aesthetic assessment

The Strategy

We built the brand around a clear insight: for most female business owners, marketing is the piece that gets left out. They pour everything into the product or the service, but the social media strategy that would actually grow it never gets built. RS Start to Satisfied positions Rachel as the expert who fills that gap, helping female entrepreneurs develop the social media marketing strategy their business has been missing.

From there we claimed a specific, premium corner of a crowded market: personalised solutions for women who need to stand out, not just show up. We led with what set her apart, ten years of expertise, a personalised approach, a focus on sustainable growth, and aimed the messaging straight at the pain they already felt: low visibility, no strategy, inconsistent content, and the fear of putting themselves out there.

What we did:

  • Brand strategy — purpose, vision, mission, audience, brand positioning.
  • Brand identity — logo, colour palette, typography, tone of voice, brand values, messaging framework.
  • Instagram feed aesthetic redesign.
  • Content strategy — pillar framework, content mix, posting cadence, monthly content plan, voice framework and hashtag strategy.
  • Multi-platform distribution strategy

The Work

Verbal & Visual Identity

We gave the brand a voice: professional, direct, and open; relatable to the audience’s pain points and empowering rather than prescriptive, backed by a visual system built to make it unmistakable.

Color Palette

We chose a palette built to stand out in a space full of generic blues and corporate greys: violet for premium authority, teal for growth and vitality, salmon for warmth without tipping into pastel, with white and black to anchor it all.

Typography

We paired Butler, a contemporary serif with editorial presence most brands in the space avoid, with Avenir Next, a clean modern sans for body and captions.

Instagram Grid System

We designed the grid as an alternating tile system in violet, teal, and white, a rhythm that reads as a brand identity rather than a collection of posts.

Content Strategy

A framework built for intentional distribution, not just feeding the grid. Anchored by clear content pillars, we engineered every asset to move the right woman from stranger to paying client. By building the distribution from the ground up across Instagram and Facebook, we traded passive scrolling for active conversations, delivering real marketing expertise in an approachable, empowering tone.

Deliverables

  • Brand strategy (full competitive and positioning analysis)
  • Content strategy
  • Client buyer-journey content alignment
  • Multi-platform distribution
  • Mood board and visual direction
  • Brand identity
  • Brand Guidelines
  • Instagram grid layout

The Shift

Rachel started with no brand of her own and finished with a fully realized brand architecture. Identity, strategy, and a content engine, all built to carry her decade of expertise into a crowded market and make her distinct.

The Impact

  • Launched: A complete personal brand infrastructure for a 10-year marketing veteran, moving from zero brand presence to a fully operational asset.
  • Content: A full content strategy, platform-by-platform distribution, client-journey mapping, hashtag and caption framing.
  • Brand recall: A striking visual identity and cohesive Instagram grid, designed to make the brand instantly recognisable in a saturated space.
